Her roles include Jane Kerkovich-Williams from ABC's comedy series Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney in Scrubs which is in its final two seasons, Tiger on Hulu's comedy series Future Man, and Hannah Wyland in Quantico. She was a part of the Fox comedy Pivoting in 2022. She most recently was as a supporting character on the Netflix series Murderville episode-Who Killed Santa. Coupe studied improvisational comedy at The Groundlings as well as ImprovOlympic. She was on tour in France as a soldier in the all-female King Lear production in 2003. In November of 2005, her all-woman sketch show The Patriots premiered at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York and won her the Breakout Performer Award at HBO's U.S. In March of 2006, she was wed to Randall Whittinghill who is a puppeteer and actor. Coupe was engaged from December 2007 through June 2013 to Randall Whittinghill (acting teacher, puppeteer). She announced her engagement to Darin Oliveren via Instagram on the 27th of November, 2014. They were married on the 24th of December during a vacation in New Zealand. In 2018 they filed for divorce. From April 2011 until May 2013 Coupe appeared alongside Elisha Cuthbert and Zachary Knighton on ABC's ensemble comedy series Happy Endings. The show was pulled by ABC on May 3, 2013 with no notice, despite the praise from critics. It also gained an acclaim and cult status. Happy Endings was cancelled. She played a recurring role on House Of Lies's third season. She she also starred alongside Jay Harrington in Benched, which was a comedy series on USA Network that premiered on October 28th on the 28th of October 2014. She later played the role in the role of Hannah Wyland in Quantico, an ABC thriller.
